Community Living Oshawa/Clarington has announced
their "Make a House a Home" campaign.
I am pleased to participate as a local business
owner to support their cause of raising $350,000
to renovate up to 22 homes they provide and maintain
for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
I
have been nominated along with nine other key community
members the opportunity to participate in their
upcoming fundraiser "Ms/Mr Community Living"
Comedy auction. In order to be announced as Ms Community
Living on the night of the fundraiser I have to
raise the most money in silent/live auction prizes,
sales of tickets and donations. At the end of the
evening on Tuesday May 18th, 2010 the nominee that
raises the most money will be announced Ms/Mr Community
Living for 2010.
